I just wanted to let anyone know who has an old Gretsch kit or who is thinking about buying one that my idea of making Round Badge 18x14 replicas because of their rarity has really taken off. I have so far sent 3 kits to Europe, a single bass and I have 2 more kits going out this next week. If you own a 20' or 22' kick and would like to make it into an 18 or if you want to add an 18, I can do it for you. I can send photos as these really are spot on gorgeous. EVERYONE who has bought one is raving about it. Basically I take all the hardware from another 60s kit, or I also have a large amount of lugs, claws, ts and old Spurs here too, and construct a dead ringer. I use an 8 ply or 6, depending upon your preference, Keller shell and build it from the ground up. I use a silver paint that is identical to Gretsch's and I also used a color copy of an old Label for the inside along with a round badge and rail consolette tom holder and diamond plate. I also have access to spot on replicas of the old bass mounted cymbals stands as an option. Seeing that the last kit with a true 18x14, 12x8 and 14x14 went for $4000.00, this is a great deal. I am now offering Round badge 18x14, 12x8 and 14x14 kits in any wrap finish for $1700-1800.00 depending upon the wrap. The 12s and 14s are 100% authentic Gretsch 60s toms. The real glass sparkle wraps are available again, but they are about 20% more $ than a typical new wrap. I am meticulous about this work and the bass drums sound incredible. I can also install a Pratt muffler as an option. Once again, this is for legitimate people who may be interested and NOT for the minions of trolls!

E mail me for a price on a single bass drum. I make these for less than most Keller shell companies offer them even though the Gretsch hardware is MUCH more $ than any of the new lugs, claws etc. that new companies offer. E mail me for photos and exact prices.
Thanks
