What is the best angle for toms? I'm a newbie at drumming, and my 'teacher' said that toms must have a little angle, about 5 - 10 ° to have much rebound. But I can play much faster at a bigger angle. So what is better? to have a angle of about 10 ° or more???

I've been playing for 30+ years. Use whatever works best for you. Every body's different.

I would listen to your teachers advice. If you have too much of an angle on your drums, you are going to fight the natural rebound action while playing.
You can also cause damage to your wrists, hands, or arms if the drums are set to a really steep angle.

i tip mine about 5%. a drummer in college played his all flat, he sat up real high. he looked geeky, but man, could that guy wail!! you really can get around the drums better, playing them flatter. But you DO have to sit up higher. In truth, it is to each his own.
