Good teach yourself drumming websites?

I would like to learn some techniques of drumming, rolls and rhythms. So far I've been basically teaching myself, through self experimentation (I have some electronic organ background). I'm not even sure if I'm holding the sticks correctly or doing the rimshots right.

When I play with a pianist, do you think it's a good idea to follow the bass of the piano, the way the pianist plays?
