I just bought a new Zildjian Z custom 'power ride'.

I used to have an 'Earth ride' man do I miss it, and a 'Mega bell', is there any opinions on the 'Power ride'.

I have a K jazz and a Medium thin too this is just for the more heavy music I may have to play?

Never used the Z custom heavy ride. Used to have an original Z, Heavy Power ride. it was TOO HEAVY all it did was break sticks!! I have a shiny 22' earth ride - Excellent. A 22' ping ride. great for pop and a 21' rock ride - sort of in-between the other two. The moral of your tale has to be: never get rid of ANY cymbals, your next gig might need the one you just sold.... they last forever, just put them in a bag and hide them under the bed - you'll use them again some day. Good drumming Best wishes. Eddie Green.

I TOTALLY agree. I got ride of both a Zildjian Ping Ride and a Sabian Rock ride and I've missed them several times. I've got other rides but there are times when one of those would have been perfect. And when I think of what little I got for them I want to cry.
