I tried to send similar msg already so i dont know if it'll come up again

ed be careful its better to back off playing for a while and give your hand time to recover as it may be tendinitis or something similar - see a physio and reexamine your whole posture as hand/wrist problems can originate in the spine or shoulders even though you dont feel it there

then when you do start playing again you wont be doing whatever caused the problem in the first place

Ive got a similar problem so does anyone out there knows any independence exercises which DONT USE THE RIGHT HAND but focus on the feet and left hand, so I don't get bored shitless waiting for the right hand to recover?
