New Site Look

As you have probably noticed we have updated our look.
We have tried to reduce the clutter, remove less used functionality and promote the more popular functionality.

If you have any feedback about the change - we would LOVE to hear it.

I'm in the process of fixing small things, and usability annoyances (I already clicked 3 times on the "sign out" when I wanted to check the inbox )
