Pearl Custom Z

Can anyone tell me anything about the Pearl Custom Z shell kit I just bought. I haven't played in over 20 years, and I know nothing about this line. The drums are birdseye maple and seem to be well made. I got a snare, bass and three toms, but no floor tom or hardware. I am assuming that finding a matching floor tom will be a task. I've already pretty much searched the web, and found nothing at all. Maybe it wasn't such a good deal after all. Help if you can. Doug

I own a 7 piece kit i bought new in 1990...these were made for only 3 years and were very big and very expensive...my toms are square and that makes them all the more rare...you have lucked out getting the kit...these were so expensive ..very few were ever sold...joey kramer from aerosmith used a czx kit in the video tell me what it takes....and calhoun from living color played them as well...i still have mine and they are mint....you may never find the floor match..but be excited that you own the rest of the kit....mike licausi
