i'im trying to decide whether to get ebony powerstroke 3 for the batter side of the bass drum or Aquarian's Impact or Super Kick heads in 22' i've played with the powerstroke long time back and loved them but was wondering if any of you might know what the Aquarian heads are like for sound and durability. i play hard hitting heavy metal stuff. i like low end attack thanks

Go for it. The Super Kick is padded on the inside of the batter head and has some padding on the resonant head. I looked and looked for bass drum heads that would give me a good low end punch without adding a dampening device. This works really well for me. Check out the snare and tom heads also. Very good stuff.
